Saltdalselva is a popular river, and is often called the "Queen of the North"
Pack Raft
Did you know you can navigate the Saltdalselva from Nordnes to Rognan using a packraft? This 22 km journey is best undertaken during a season when the river currents are manageable.
Precautions:
- Never go alone!
- Always wear a life jacket!
- Ensure the current isn’t too strong!
